CO-WORKING SPACES
De Beauvoir Block does things differently. The collection of 33 workspaces, ranging in size from 300 to 2,500 sq ft, combine flexible commercial accommodation for creative businesses with inspiring spaces to relax, eat and meet.
Devised by The Benyon Estate in 2017, The Block boasts a café, courtyard and chillout spaces shared by all tenants – leaving the workspaces dedicated to managing and growing your business.
We encourage start-up businesses and those with just a single creative individual to start a journey with us in a shared workspace. As you grow, expand your needs and take on staff, we endeavour to find you the new accommodation you need within The Block, to take your business to the next level.

What our tenants think
“What the Block offers is the chance to work alongside other high calibre creative industries; it’s not only great to have beautiful office space with fabulous views, but also to be part of a community of creative agencies.”
Flashmat
“As designers and architects, it's important to us to have a space that inspires us, although we’re in one of the new build sections, the design has been done very sympathetically and is in keeping with the whole building, and there’s lots of natural light.”
Four By Two
“We were really attracted to the calmness of De Beauvoir Town and the industrial provenance of the Block. The building’s been converted to a really nice standard and there was flexibility in that we were able to add a meeting room in our space.”
Assembly London
Our neighbourhood
De Beauvoir is a tree-lined village community of late Georgian properties built of distinctive London brick, situated between sophisticated Islington and the edgier urban environment of Dalston – and boasting the best of both areas. Large family homes sit alongside shared rentals and cosy flats. In between there are a wealth of trendy places to shop, eat, drink and relax.
Excellent links into and out of central London, via Dalston and Haggerston Overground stations, will whisk you away to wherever you want to go – and make it easy for your clients to get to you at The Block. The fortunes of London districts may rise and fall but style never goes out of fashion – and De Beauvoir oozes style.
Our neighbourhood’s quiet squares, green spaces and wide streets offer places to breath and relax, with The Block, a beautifully converted former industrial building, at its centre.
