WHEN DO MEMBERSHIPS BEGIN?
Your Membership will begin on the date you sign up and will be billed monthly. The first month will be proportioned accordingly, depending on the day you start. You will then be billed on the 1st of each month.
This applies to both the Casual and Exclusive Memberships.
DO YOU NEED A DEPOSIT?
Due to the flexible nature of De Beauvoir Block, we do not require deposits of any kind. We want to give every business the best possible opportunity to get involved!
WHAT ARE THE BUILDING HOURS?
The onsite Café/Bar will be open 8am – 7pm Monday to Friday.
The onsite Reception will be open 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday.
For Casual Members, your location is accessible during Café opening hour times.
For Exclusive Members with Dedicated Desks, your location is accessible by key card 24/7.
CAN I COME AND HAVE A LOOK BEFORE COMMITTING?
Visits or tours will need to be booked in advance so just give us a call on 020 7249 3690 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to schedule it in!
DO YOU HAVE A PET POLICY?
For private offices our pet policy is relaxed, however for the Exclusive and Casual Membership areas, pets are not allowed unfortunately.
HOW DOES THE MEETING ROOM WORK?
You can book the Block meeting room via the online portal or by calling the Block manager on 020 7249 3690. We will require 24 hour notice before any booking and will be based on a first-come first-served policy. The charge for the meeting room will be £20 per hour.
If guests are coming from outside De Beauvoir Block, please let the Block manager know who to expect so they can be shown to the meeting room.
You will also have the ability to order food and drinks to your meeting at a time to suit.
CAN I GET A PHONE LINE FOR MY DESK?
Unfortunately we won’t be able to offer you a landline phone with your desk. The offering is more geared to small businesses/freelancers who work off a mobile phone.
DO YOU OFFER REFERRAL REWARDS?
If you refer someone for the Exclusive membership and they sign up, we would be happy to offer you half price for the 1st Month that they occupy the space!
HOW DO I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?
If you wish to leave you can do at any time by giving us a months’ notice. All you have to do is send an email to email@example.com stating when you wish to activate the months’ notice.
HOW DOES PRINTING WORK?
Exclusive members will benefit from having a printer within their area
